FTCE GENERAL KNOWLEDGE EXAM---SUPPORT 2016

Hi, Folks! The comment section for the original FTCE GK Exam post has been closed, so I am offering the comment section on this new post to continue to help those find assistance in preparing for this exam. This blog exists because I wish someone had done this for me when I was going through the process of certification.

I am working toward my certification in K-12 Music through the TeacherReady online program via the University of West Florida. I already have several years of teaching experience, but never got around to getting an actual certificate. The information I plan to provide should help those who are also going "backwards" through this process.

I am now certified in K-12 Music and working to land a teaching job just like you!

I have been hired to teach Middle School Music beginning Fall 2015!

UPDATE 08/20/16
I am now the Music Teacher for PK-2 at West Navarre Primary School!
